We are Ever-power — a specialist worm gearbox manufacturer founded on the principle that every mechanical drive component should be engineered with precision, tested with rigour, and supported with genuine expertise. Since our establishment, we have grown from a single-product gear reducer workshop into a fully integrated power transmission manufacturer capable of serving the most demanding B2B applications worldwide.
We design and manufacture the complete range of worm gear products in-house: RV series aluminum alloy gearboxes, WP series cast iron worm reducers, stainless steel food-grade worm gear motors, stepper and servo-compatible units, and fully customised solutions. Our manufacturing facility covers over 15,000 square metres and operates dedicated production lines for casting, machining, heat treatment, assembly, and final run-in testing.
Everything we make starts with close-tolerance manufacturing and ends with a documented test certificate — because our customers depend on these products to keep their production lines running. Browse our complete product range to see the full scope of what we offer.
We control the entire production chain in-house — from raw material sourcing to the final run-in test certificate. This vertical integration eliminates subcontracting risk, gives us direct accountability for every dimension and surface, and means we can respond to custom requirements without waiting on outside suppliers. Every worm gearbox that leaves our facility has passed through six documented production stages and been run-tested by our QC team.
Worm wheel blanks are centrifugally cast from ZCuSn10Pb1 tin-bronze, producing a dense, porosity-free structure with uniform mechanical properties throughout the tooth-bearing cross-section. This superior material quality directly determines the load capacity and service life of the finished gear.
Worm shafts are turned and hobbed on CNC gear grinding centres from 20CrMnTi alloy steel bar, achieving lead accuracy within 5 micrometres and surface roughness of Ra 0.4 on working flanks. Tight tolerances at this stage determine mesh quality, efficiency, and noise level in service.
Worm shafts undergo gas carburising and quenching to achieve a case hardness of 58–62 HRC at 0.8–1.2 mm effective case depth, with a tough sub-surface core preserved to resist bending and impact loads. Heat treatment parameters are recorded and archived for each batch.
Die-cast aluminum and cast iron housings are finish-machined on CNC machining centres to achieve bearing bore tolerances of H7 and mounting face flatness within 0.02 mm. Consistent bearing location ensures correct preload, low noise, and long bearing life in service.
Each unit is assembled under controlled conditions, oil-filled to the correct level, and subjected to a no-load and loaded run-in test at rated speed. Temperature rise, noise level, and vibration are recorded. Any unit that does not pass is stripped, inspected, and re-assembled — it does not ship.
Finished assemblies and critical components are verified on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to confirm key dimensions — shaft runout, housing bore position, and mounting face geometry — against our ISO 9001-aligned inspection plan. Batch inspection reports are issued as standard with every export order.
We operate a quality management system certified to ISO 9001, covering the full production chain from incoming material inspection through final dispatch. Every production decision — from alloy selection to heat treatment parameters — is traceable to documented procedures and verifiable records.
Our products carry CE marking confirming compliance with applicable EU machinery directives. For export-sensitive markets, we routinely prepare the following documentation alongside standard shipping paperwork:
Beyond standard catalogue products, we offer a broad range of engineering and supply capabilities that allow us to serve OEM builders, system integrators, and procurement managers with complex requirements.
We stock a comprehensive range of RV series aluminum and WP series cast iron worm gearboxes in all standard sizes, ratios, and output configurations, ready for fast dispatch.
We accept custom shaft diameters, lengths, keyways, and mounting flanges. Non-standard reduction ratios and modified housing forms can be engineered with 2D/3D drawings supplied before order confirmation.
We pre-mount and run-test matched IEC-frame AC motors with our gearboxes, supplying complete drive units with a single test certificate. Available in single-phase, three-phase, and brake-motor variants.
We support full OEM programmes including custom nameplates, colour-matched paint finishes, bespoke packing, and neutral invoicing. All OEM relationships are protected under signed NDA.
We ship EXW, FOB, CIF, and DAP by sea, air, or express courier. Shipping documents are prepared to your exact requirements, including packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs invoices.
Our sales engineering team provides product selection, application engineering, and after-sales support in English, Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, and Russian — covering the major global markets we serve.
From a focused gear reducer workshop to a globally recognised worm gearbox manufacturer — here are the milestones that have shaped what we are today.
We established Ever-power with a single production line focused on NMRV-type aluminum worm gearboxes, serving domestic industrial customers with a small but highly skilled team of gear engineers.
We achieved ISO 9001 certification for the first time and expanded our product range with the WP series of cast iron worm reducers, enabling us to serve higher-torque industrial applications in mining, construction, and heavy process sectors.
Following CE certification of our core product lines, we secured our first direct export customers in Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States — establishing the international trade relationships that now form the foundation of our global business.
We commissioned a purpose-built 15,000 square metre manufacturing campus integrating centrifugal casting, CNC machining, heat treatment, and a dedicated clean-room assembly and test area under one roof. This investment marked our transition to full vertical integration.
In response to growing demand from food processing, beverage, and pharmaceutical customers, we developed and launched our stainless steel worm gear motor range — available in 304 and 316L with NSF-approved lubricants and CIP-compatible surface finishes.
We invested in a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) quality laboratory and a digital batch traceability system, enabling end-to-end documentation of dimensional data from raw material to finished assembly — meeting the documentation requirements of Tier-1 OEM customers.
Today we supply RV series, WP series, stainless steel, and custom worm gearboxes to more than 3,000 direct customers across 80+ countries — from single-unit sample orders for engineering evaluation through to annual blanket contracts with global OEM manufacturers.
We supply worm gear reducers to B2B buyers in manufacturing, infrastructure, agriculture, food production, renewable energy, and logistics across every major world region. Our export processes are refined through years of handling complex documentation requirements for customers in heavily regulated import markets.
Every international order benefits from our export documentation package: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, test report, and CE declaration. Learn how our products are used in real applications by visiting our product pages.
These are the principles that shape how we engineer, manufacture, and support every product we make — and how we work with every customer, regardless of order size.
Every tolerance we hold and every test we run exists because our customers depend on these products to keep their lines running. We do not compromise on dimensional accuracy or test coverage.
We provide documented evidence of every quality check, not just a verbal assurance. Test reports, CMM data, and certificates are prepared as a matter of course, not as an afterthought.
We respond to technical enquiries with real engineering content, not automated replies. Our 48-hour quotation commitment exists because we know that slow communication costs buyers time and money.
We measure our success by repeat business and long-term supply relationships, not by one-off transactions. The 18-month warranty we offer is the minimum — not a ceiling on the support we provide.
